Bin men clearly earn their wage

My property is on Undercliffe and we suffer from all types of rubbish flying around as the road is a wind tunnel.

With the gulls, who open black bin bags like experts, the wind then blowing around everything not needed by the gulls and lazy people not putting the trash into bins, the street is a true disgrace.

Early this week I watched the bin men earn their money collecting by hand-operated grippers stuff all across the road and bits stuck under the unending line of parked cars.

The two guys told me they cannot get the cart along the street because of the parked traffic either side of Undercliffe.

Well done to them.

The street was spotless again the next day but as it is now Thursday, the build up of rubbish is just as bad as it was.
