Official opening of No48 Devonshire Road

The job of officially declaring the new business open was left to deputy mayor Councillor Jimmy Carroll who wished owner Andy Rimmer every success and hoped No48 would benefit the community "and be a positive in Bexhill."

The cafe aims to cater to young and old and will have unusual features such exhibiting the work of local artists and also having a gift shop within the premises.

Andy commented: "Thank you to Jim and the Row4Charity lads who turned up and helped us launch our shop. Thanks also to all the local artists and suppliers who have helped us so far."
