New flats proposal for Bognor Regis

R Rawlins Ltd has supplied the latest documents to Arun District Council concerning its attempt to create eight new flats at The Precinct.

The dwellings would be sited within extensions to the current southern ends of the shops and flats on both sides of the pedestrian area.

The flats would be equally split between one and two-bedroom properties. The proposed scheme also involves building a new shop and extending the current GPs' surgery.

The original application was revealed by R Rawlins Ltd during last summer.
