“This means we are now very accessible for our customers and local professionals, and we look forward to welcoming them to our exciting new premises. It is also testament to the growth and opportunities within Eastbourne and the local area that Handelsbanken has made the decision to set up a local branch here in the town.”

The deal was clinched through Stiles Harold Williams which said in a press statement today (Wednesday), “Stiles Harold Williams have completed the letting of new Eastbourne offices to Handelsbanken.

“The 1,700 sq ft ground floor premises at Ivy House in the town centre have been occupied on a long lease and fitted out to a high specification to suit the bank’s exacting requirements.”

SHW negotiator Jason Roberts said, “We heard Handelsbanken had a requirement in Eastbourne at a very early stage. We immediately got in touch and discussed their requirements and conducted a number of viewings.
