Neutral Milk Hotel at DLWP

The De La Warr Pavilion has announced that they have secured another exclusive with American Indie Rock band Neutral Milk Hotel performing for one night on August 12.

Featuring Jeff Mangum, Scott Spillane, Julian Koster, and Jeremy Barnes, Neutral Milk Hotel’s gig at the De La Warr Pavilion (DLWP) is part of their extensive 2014 reunion tour.

Formed by singer, guitarist and songwriter Jeff Mangum in the late 1980s, the band is noted for its experimental sound, obscure lyrics and eclectic instrumentation.

The cult status of enigmatic headliners Neutral Milk Hotel is a testament to the power and longevity of their music.

Their seminal 1998 masterpiece ‘In The Aeroplane Over The Sea’ is a record held in legendary regard by many.
