Musical production in aid of St Michael’s

The Renaissance Theatre Company will be presenting Stephen Sondheim’s musical

The group started in 2009 after the loss of Sandra Woodhams. Sandra’s husband Michael and their two boys, Alex and Sam were able to care for Sandra at home during her illness due to the St Michael’s Hospice at Home team.

Michael said: “We wanted to repay the hospice in some way for all the excellent care and help we received during a very difficult time. We decided with the help of all Sandra’s friends and family we would stage a gala concert in Sandra’s memory to raise much-needed funds for this very worthwhile charity.”

Since 2009, the enthusiastic group of amateur actors and actresses have raised an incredible £25,359.50 for the hospice, as well as supporting The Shazzie Sparkle Trust, a trust in memory of Sharon Guy Waller.
