THE Fishermen’s Museum is looking for memories from residents and visitors about their experiences with the fishing boat, Enterprise.
The museum is hoping to create an exhibition surrounding the vessel, which marks its 100th birthday this year.
Nona Jackson, from the museum, said: “We are looking for memories people have of Enterprise or of the people who sailed in her, whether that be when she was launched, fishing, or when she was moved to the museum, or even memories of people visiting the museum and going aboard her.”
The museum in Rock-a-Nore Road will be running its first Stade Walk of the year on March 17, from 2pm.
The Stade Education Project created these walks and the museum is now responsible for continuing them.
There will be other walks but dates have yet to be finalised.
