Indecent assault charge
A man from Hadlow Down has appeared before a judge at Lewes Crown Court charged with indecent assault.
Lorenz Herbert, 65, of Hadlow House Farm denied indecently assaulting a 15-year-old girl on August 31, 2002.
He was granted unconditional bail to face trial on May 8, 2003.
