Homecall fundraiser

Jenny Private of Homecall commented: "The event was well attended and with the additional attraction of stalls of plants, books, cakes and greetings cards to buy along with a raffle, Homecall raised a little under 300.

"We were pleased to welcome our Patron, Amanda Hamblin, a previous High Sheriff of East Sussex to the event. Her support is much appreciated as is that of everyone who continues to support our charity enabling us to continue to help Blind and Partially Sighted residents living in our town.

"Our next fundraising event is the Rotary Club of Bexhill Sponsored Walk on Sunday 7th June. If you would like to sponsor one of our intrepid walkers or even raise money for Homecall by walking yourself please contact me on 01424 848365."
