COFFEE MORNING: The next Vitality Village Coffee Morning at The Herstmonceux Integrative Health Centre is on Monday. The speaker is Marilyn Chandler - Therapist talking about Bach Flower remedies. There will be healthy cake and cup of tea on offer along with a guess which vegetable is in the cake this month, with a promise of no sprouts. There will be the monthly quiz and book review for the book club. All welcome.

WALKING GROUP: On Tuesday meet Cathie (07534 995535) at East Dean car park for a Birling Gap and Belle Tout walk or on Sunday August 21 meet (Helen 01323 845684) at Hailsham Leisure Centre for the Jack and Jill windmills, Clayton of 4 miles. If you would like to go along, ring the walk leaders for more details.

HEALTHY WALKS: If you would like to join the doctor at the Health Centre at 2pm for a healthy walk then please ring 833535 to book.

WELL-BEING IN THE WILD: These activity days at Lime Cross Health Centre (01323) 833229 from 10am to 6pm continue with an event on Saturday 20 August which covers the five elements: a day of yoga, tai chi and relaxation by the lakeside, wild swimming and a walking meditation and yoga breath work in the ancient woodlands. The cost for the day is £90. Book on the above number.

OPEN GARDEN: As part of the National Gardens Scheme open for charity, Butlers Farmhouse, Butlers Lane will be open, with Jazz, between 2pm and 5pm tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. This is a rural 1 ac re garden around a 16c farmhouse. Admission is £5. Refreshments.
