October 31:

Dean Wells, 35, of Hollamby Park, Hailsham, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a handbag containing an iPhone, sunglasses, cosmetics and wallet, from a car at Halley Park, Hailsham, on October 11. 
He also indicated pleas of guilty to three charges of fraud in purchasing items on a stolen bank card, from Costcutter, Asda and Tesco, in Hailsham, on the same date. 
The court made a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and a requirement of 250 hours of unpaid work. They also ordered him to pay £960.72 in compensation.

November 1:

Grace Clark, 24, of the Diplocks, Hailsham, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. The offence took place at Eastbourne on August 18. She was given a six month conditional discharge.

Darren Dunk, 35, of St Mary’s Avenue, Hailsham, was found guilty of entering the garage of a home at Buckswood Grange, Uckfield, on December 18 last year, and stealing a moto-cross bike. He was committed to Lewes Crown Court for sentencing on November 30.

Oluwadamilare Meshioye, 21, of Runford Court, Milton Keynes, pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed Audi vehicle on Havelock Road, Eastbourne, on October 20 last year. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £91.67 in back duty.

November 6:

Maxwell Parks , 22, of Chiltern Close, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to causing £20 damage to a lamp. The offence took place at Eastbourne on November 21 last year. He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 compensation.

November 7:

Aaran Birchall, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes vehicle on Willingdon Road, Eastbourne, on October 19, while over the drink drive limit, He gave a breath alcohol reading of 56 micrograms. 
The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 14 months.

Maxim Dickel, 28, of no fixed address, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of an offensive weapon – a knife – at Seaside Road, Eastbourne, on October 19. The court made a community order with a requirement of 240 hours of unpaid work.

Cameron Dixon, 24, of Cornish Close, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her. The offence took place at Eastbourne on March 18. 
The court made a community order with a requirement of 240 hours of unpaid work.

Sarah Gumbley, 31, of Colwood Crescent, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Vectra on Beachy Head Road, Eastbourne, on October 20, while over the drink drive limit. 
She gave a breath alcohol reading of 61 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. She was fined £100 and banned from driving for 17 months.

Ben Jones, 32, of Finmere Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall vehicle on Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, on May 16, with cannabis in his bloodstream. He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance or licence on the same date. 
He was fined a total of £300 and banned from driving for one year.
