Owners of the new seafront skate park in Hastings say it is ‘going really well’ two months after opening its doors.

The Source Park opened in the old bathing pools on White Rock in February after £1.25m of investment.

Co-owner Richard Moore admitted there have been some teething problems but overall it has been a success with the summer events booked up.

“We’re not as worried as we were before that it was going to work so we’ll still be here in five years time,” he said.

Richard was speaking during a royal visit from the Duke of Gloucester who officially opened the park yesterday (Wednesday, April 20).
