The big light switch-on will take place on Thursday, November 16, with a party on East Street featuring a 60-strong all-female Brighton choir We Bop, young singers from Hove’s Singing’s Cool and performers from The Theatre Workshop. The comedic group AFOUR will also be performing their fun, tongue-in-cheek Christmas song Four Kings.

Gogglebox stars Chris Steed and Stephen Webb will have the all-important task of counting down and flicking the switch to unveil Brighton’s festive lights.
