Gas main works will close road
MOTORISTS are warned that a 200 metre stretch of the U6208 Sandhurst Lane, Bexhill, is to be closed to traffic from October 18 until December 17 while Southern Gas Networks replace a gas main.
It will mean traffic being diverted via the A259 Barnhorn Road and the U2607 Coneyburrow Lane.
Access for pedestrians should not be affected and vehicular access for local properties will be maintained whenever possible.
