Gardening stars offer advice
THREE real gardening stars are hosting an event on Friday (March 14) in aid of the Ice House Project.
On the team are Fergus Garrett, head gardener at Great Dixter, Sarah Raven, a presenter on BBC's Gardener's World and Stephanie Donaldson, author and gardening editor of Country Living magazine.
It will be held at St Mary Star of the Sea church hall and starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost 5 and can be reserved by calling 437069 or bought on the door.
There will be a free glass of wine and a prize draw with gardening prizes donated by the speakers.
