Friends’ 10k run for brain centre
Jenny Burr and Gemma Cole have raised £1,655 for Hurstwood Park Neurological Centre after running in the British 10k race.
They were running for their friend, Jess Barnes, who is receiving treatment at the Haywards Heath based centre.
Jess survived a brain haemorrhage and owes her life to the skill of surgeons there.
