Free pinhole camera workshop

EXPERIMENTAL photographers can explore pinhole cameras at a free workshop on Monday (August 8).

Those who attend the event, at the Stade Hall, Old Town, from 10am to 5pm, will make their own camera, use it to take pictures, then process and develop their work.

Charlotte Lambert-Gorwyn, a photography teacher at Sussex Coast College Hastings, leads the workshop. Work created on the day will be exhibited in Stade Hall from 7pm on Tuesday (August 9).

All necessary materials will be provided, but those interested should bring a household object they want to transform into a camera for the day.

All ages and abilities are welcome. To attend or for information, book a place by contacting, or turn up on the day.
