Four fire engines called to blaze in Hastings home
It was a busy New Year's Eve for the emergency services as four fire engines were called to a blaze in a Hastings home in the early hours of this morning (Monday).
Firefighters were sent to the fire in Battle Road at 4.19am, said East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
Crews used eight breathing apparatus, hose reels and jets to extinguish the flames.
