Five suspects after garage broken into

BURGLARS took a mountain bike and a power drill from a garage in Lyndhurst Avenue in the early hours of Tuesday morning (July 16).

The incident took place between 12.30am and 1.10am, and it is believed that the suspects entered through the back garden of the property before stealing the blue and silver bike and Makita angle drill, which was in a light blue coloured Makita box.

A neighbour realised what was happening and followed five men but lost them in Elphinstone Road.

The first suspect is described as a white man, aged approximately 21, 6ft 5ins tall, of skinny build with dark cropped hair.

The second suspect is described as a white man, 6ft tall, of skinny build and with short very blond hair.

The third suspect is described As 5ft 8ins tall of slight build. He was wearing light coloured jogging bottoms with a black stripe down the leg, wearing a hooded top with the hood up.

The fourth and fifth suspects are described as white men, well built and with wavey brushed back hair.
