Fire in Arundel town centre garage

A FIRE at a wooden garage started in an electrical unit.

Fire crews from Arundel and Littlehampton were called to Tarrant Street, Arundel just before 6.30pm on Friday (October 9) though the fire, in a 10m x 3m building, which was being used as storage space, was out when they arrived.

Crews spent time isolating the electric supply, and ventilating the garage.
