Poets from across the UK will be converging on Hastings for a mini-festival on November 14 at the White Rock Hotel from 2pm.
The event is a celebration of the life of Josephine Austin, who organised the popular Hastings International Poetry Festival over four decades and is being organised jointly between Josephine’s family and two local regular contributors.
With a combination of some of Josephine’s much-loved pieces and personal contributions across a diverse range of styles and topics, there should be something for everyone irrespective of whether you are a poetry aficionado or just curious for something different .
There will be a musical interlude and admission is free.
There is still time to register as a reader, contact John Robinson (firstname.lastname@example.org).
