Photos from Eddie Mitchell show the cliff fall between Cuckmere Haven and Birling Gap today (March 14).
Cliff falls are caused by chalk breaking away from the cliffs and falling onto the beaches or into the sea. East Sussex sees around 50 cliff falls a year.
