How interesting that Huw Merriman is asking for accountability with regard to sewage discharges.

Did Mr Merriman and all the Conservative MPs of all seaside constituencies vote for this? If they did then their outrage is particularly galling.

Liz Truss when she was environment Secretary cut millions of funding from the agency, thereby leaving the water companies free to do what they like.
