A CHARITY which helps the homeless is encouraging people to donate their unwanted Christmas presents.
Emmaus is looking for items to help its clients. The charity offers homeless people a home, work and the chance to regain self-respect in a supportive community environment. Residents work full-time, renovating and re-selling donated furniture. Communities aim to become self-supporting through their business, with any surplus used to help others in need. Unwanted presents can be dropped of at the Emmaus shop in Whitworth Road, St Leonards.
