Emily skips for St Michael’s Hospice

A LITTLE girl skipped her way to success by raising almost £500 for charity.

Emily Combes, four, skipped 100 times on June 1, the anniversary of her late father’s funeral, and collected £487.25 in total for St Michael’s Hospice. She and her family visited the hospice in Upper Maze Hill on Wednesday (July 3) to present the money. Linda van Aalst, her grandmother, said: “Emily has just worked so hard to raise the money.”
