ANGMERING: small extension to existing outbuilding, new roof lights to be fitted as well as an application for listed building consent, School House, Arundel Road.

ARUNDEL: resubmission application for listed building consent for a small kitchen extension and external wall insulation at the rear of the property, 21 King Street.

EAST PRESTON: Change of use from vehicle servicing depot to a building supplies merchants, East Preston Depot, Station Road.

Demolition of single-storey rear extension and the erection of a single storey “orangery-style” extension at the rear, Mariners House, South Strand.

FORD: proposed side extension and dormer windows to existing roof, Cornfields, Burndell Road.

LITTLEHAMPTON: application for a single-storey conservatory, 74 Armada Way.

Redevelopment of fire sprinkler system for a new therapy centre, Marine Court, Fitzalan Road.

RUSTINGTON: Various illuminated and non-illuminated signage including frosted window signs, Unit 1A, Dominion Way.

Removal of tiled mansard to first floor, replacement of existing two-storey glazed front entrance with new front dormer with a roof light. Alterations to existing rear dormer and balcony, new external staircase to the rear along with changes to the outside fencing, and development of boundary walls to include new gates and railings, 1 Botany Close.

RUSTINGTON: conditional approval for one internally-illuminated fascia sign and one externally-illuminated box sign, 123 The Street.

Approval for extension and conversion of garage to form a separate studio, Old Orchard House, 47 The Street.
