STAFF and customers at Sainsbury’s took part in the latest fitness craze, Zumba, to help raise money for this year’s Sport Relief.
Zumba Flashmob, headed by Rebecca Tompkins, of Funk Fusion Fitness, went down well on Friday at the store in Sedlescombe Road North, St Leonards, with many joining in. Jamie Sanders, who organised the event, said: “This was a first for our store and it proved to be a great success.”
Bannatynes also loaned gym equipment to the shop and held a competition to win free membership for one month to the lucky winner.
More than £700 was raised for Sport Relief.
