Crowhurst church window smashed by vandals

A church in Crowhurst had one of its stained glass windows smashed overnight.

Police were called to St George’s Church, on Forewood Lane, at 1.20pm today (Monday, November 2) after the vandalism.

It is believed to have happened between 12.30am and 10am this morning.

Police enquires are continuing.
