Police arrest person after collision outside Eastbourne
Police have arrested a person in connection with a collision on the outskirts of Eastbourne this afternoon (Friday).

Witnesses reported seeing six police cars and a dog unit attend the scene in Rattle Road, just next to Uplands Farm in Stone Cross, at around 3.30pm.
A police officer at the scene confirmed one person had been arrested after a white Vauxhall Corsa careered off the road and mounted the grass verge.
Sussex Police has been contacted for further information.
