July 7:

Hannah Bradbeer, 34, of Ian Close, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a man by attending his home address, throwing eggs at his house, visiting his place of work and shouting abuse and making many phone calls. The offence took place at St Leonards between January 1 2019 and January 4 this year. The court made a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement and a requirement of 60 hours of unpaid work. Magistrates also issued a restraining order.

Robert Gojda, 24, of Wilingdon Avenue, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to driving a Fiat Punto on Battle Road, St Leonards, on April 18, while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 54 microgrammes, The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, on the same date, and to driving with no insurance. The court made a community order with a requirement to participate in a drink impaired drivers programme and a requirement of 100 hours of unpaid work. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for one year.

Wlodzilierz Iwaniuk, 27, of Morning Lane, Hackney, London, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot vehicle on the A259 Camber Road, at Camber, on May 25, while twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 74 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £350 and banned from driving for 20 months.

Daniel Apps, 33, of Oakhill Drive, Broad Oak, Rye, pleaded guilty to driving a Chevrolet vehicle on The Ridge, at Hastings, on March 4, while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 80 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 18 months.

Paul Baker, 30 of Tredown Road, Sydenham, Bromley, pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen vehicle on the A21 at Hurst Green, on February 28, with no licence or insurance. He was fined £120 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Alexandru Costan, 22, of Wickham Avenue, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on Hillside Road, Bexhill on December 7 last year. He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance on the same date. The court made a community order with a requirement of 150 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for 11 months.

Andrew Michael, 37, of Fairfield Road, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to two charges of driving a vehicle without insurance. The offences took place at Baldslow Road, Hastings, on November 14, and Sedlescombe Road, St Leonards, on April 7. He also pleaded guilty to two charges of driving without a licence on the same dates and to driving without a valid MOT on April 7. He was fined a total of £290 and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Steven Mort, 37, of Udimore Road, Udimore, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall van on London Road, St Leonards, on March 5, while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 64 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £530 and banned from driving for 17 months.

Benjamin Port, 34, of Ridgeway, Hurst Green, pleaded guilty to driving a Fiat vehicle on the A21 at Hurst Green, on March 6, while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 57 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 16 months.

Garrett Reed, 40, of Studfall Close, Hythe, Kent, pleaded guilty to driving a Suzuki vehicle at Coombe Shaw, Ninfield, on March 1, while twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 71 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 20 months.

Bobbie Garner, 24, of Ashford Road, Tenterden, Kent, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall vehicle on Winchelsea Road, Rye, on November 26 last year, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was fined £450 and banned from driving for one year.

Gavin Mills, 31, of Turnberry Close, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to charges of being in possession of a quantity of cocaine and a quantity of cannabis. The offences took place at St Leonards on August 7 last year. He was fined £120.

Nathan Peppiatt, 56, of Terminus Road, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Ka on the A21 at Johns Cross, on January 9, while disqualified from driving. He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance on the same date. He was fined £200 and banned from driving for 16 months.

Kurt Clarke, 53, of Gibb Close, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on St Leonards Road, Bexhill, on January 11, without due care and attention. He was fined £410 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Martin Dadson, 56, of Blackman Avenue, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to driving a Volkswagen Transporter, on the Ridge, at Hastings, on January 9, without due care and attention. He was fined £217 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Dawid Rosa, 21, of Church Road, Sandhurst, Kent, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot vehicle on Warren Road, Fairlight, on October 20 last year, with cannabis in his blood stream. He also pleaded guilty to driving with cannabis in his bloodstream at Gresham Way, St Leonards, on October 11. He was fined £342 for each offence and banned from driving for 18 months.
