Large police presence after stabbing in Hastings

A road close to Hastings railway station has been cordoned off by police after reports of a stabbing.

This story has now been update. Click here for more information.The incident, on the corner of Havelock Road and Devonshire Road, is believed to have happened in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, October 27).

Several police cars remain at the scene and a cordon is in place outside Sainsbury's Local, down to South Terrace.

Sussex Police have been approached for more information

This is the second stabbing incident in the area in the past two days.

On Monday, a 44-year-old man was arrested after a 38-year-old man was stabbed in Grand Parade, St Leonards, at 3.15pm.
