A Hastings pharmacy was broken into in the early hours of this morning (Friday, September 18).

Police were called at around 3am after a small glass panel in the front door of a pharmacy in Sedlescombe Road North was smashed which set off a security smoke device.

It’s believed three people entered the premises although nothing was taken.

Sussex Police carried out an extensive search of the area and East Sussex Fire and Rescue were also called.

The investigation continues.
