1066 country owners sought after burglary arrest

Police are asking residents in Hastings and Rother if they have had gardening, landscaping, building tools and fishing equipment stolen recently.

A 42-year-old man from Hastings was arrested on suspicion of burglary with a large amount of property in his vehicle in Rye on September 28.

Police believe it may have come from garages and vehicles in the Hastings and Rother area.
