Church gets fun club up and running

Regular fun is again on offer in Aldwick.

The Aldwick Free Church re-launches its monthy fun club on December.

All children of junior school age will be welcomed.

The club will run at the Gossamer Lane church between 10am and noon. It will cost 50p a child, with reduced rates for large families.

Church minister the Rev Paul Kerley said: 'We have run a monthly children's fun club, in one form or another, for some 15 to 20 years and are re-starting it again after a break of 18 months or so.'

The children who come along will be involved in a wide range of activities such as crafts, singing, games, quizzes and being introduced to traditional Bible stories.

An experienced adult team with full Criminal Record Board disclosures will lead the club.
