Car crashes into wall in Burwash High Street
Police are appealing for witnesses after a 23-year-old man was seriously injured when his green BMW car left the road and collided with a wall in High Street, Burwash, in the early hours of Sunday morning (27 October).
The incident happened at 1.35am. East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service attended to free the driver from his car, a process which took some two hours.
He was taken to Kings Hospital, London, with serious leg and hip injuries and cuts to his head. His condition was later described as “stable”.
