Cricket Club: The Cricket Club are away to The Weald on the 19th July with a start of 2 pm. Some results 10th May away to WG Gracefully - Bodiam 196 for 5, WG Gracefully 126 for 9, 17th May home against Mountfield - Bodiam 184 for 4 Mountfield 142, 7th June home against Netherfield - Bodiam 311 for 2 Netherfield 187 for 9.

Parish Council: The next meeting of the Parish Council is on the 20th July at 7 pm in the Parish Room. The public and press are very welcome to attend the meeting.

Staplecross Londis: We perhaps sometimes forget that we have a local friendly shop not far from Bodiam, Staplecross Londis and Post Office is open every day Mon - Sat 6am - 8pm, Sundays 7am - 6pm, Post Office open during shop hours. The phone number is 01580 830282.

George Bailey: Glad to hear that the number one at the National Trust Bodiam Castle went the other Friday, all of Bodiam was very happy, in fact George Bailey is a racehorse and George is the number one at the Castle and still cost Bodiam a lot of money, he was unplaced - Not the first time!

St Giles: next service is on the 19th July at 11.15 am and will be Holy Communion.
