Arsonists target bin in broad daylight.
ARSONISTS set fire to a recycling bin in Littlehampton's town centre during its busiest time.
They struck in Duke Street at about 1pm on Saturday. Fire crews from Littlehampton used a hose reel to put out the flames.
A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue confirmed the cause as deliberate.
