Saturday saw the opening of the new Hastings People’s Tapestry in St Clements Church.

The idea is that people make an embroidery of themselves. The individual panels will be put together and go on display in St Clements Church in October as part of the Battle of Hastings 950th celebrations. Pictured here is Jack in the Green founder Keith Leech with a tapestry of himself as a Bogieman.
