A big thanks to our supporters

Last year, with the help and generosity of many other Hastings based businesses, Priory Meadow’s major sponsorship of both our Pirate Day world record and the return of the Red Arrows enabled an incredible display for the first time in 25 years in what was quite simply a truly amazing day for our town.

This year the chance to participate in bringing the magnificent Vulcan to display over Fathers Day weekend - for what will unfortunately be one of its last appearances - was too good an opportunity to miss.

Obviously we hope that customers and visitors will pop in next Saturday to do a bit of shopping for Dad and perhaps buy a ticket for the Eurofighter Typhoon simulator we are hosting in Queens Square over the weekend.

I believe a few other local organisations are joining us in sponsoring this event including Osborne Energy; who together with Hastings Borough Council helped with the Ice Rink and Christmas Market last year as well.

Continued support of this kind is fantastic and I’d like to say a big ‘Thank You’ through the Observer to these remarkable people without whom many of the great events we see in Hastings these days simply wouldn’t happen.
