Easter is just around the corner on Sunday, April 16.
If you fancy a hot cross bun rather than the mountain of chocolate GAIL’S Artisan Bakery in Hove has shared its recipe for you to try at home.
Opening in Church Road in February the bakery is filled with over twenty types of bread including the classic GAIL’s French Dark Sourdough, Spelt sourdough, Rye loaves and fruit breads. GAIL’s bakers make breakfast until 3pm every day including morning pastries, as well as hot dishes including eggs and French Toast. The bakery also makes soups, fresh sandwiches, salads for lunch and, of course, afternoon cakes.
Baristas are trained by award-winning coffee specialists and will serve GAIL’s House Blend coffee and premium JING tea.
