Simon’s price guess is right

Old Town resident Simon Ollivant guessed £85,000 and that was the closest to the actual sales price of £82,000 for the house “Springtime” which sold in September 1987.

Well done to Simon, who nominated “Contact the Elderly” charity who will benefit from the £200 competition prize. What is interesting is that Springtime, the competition house, is currently on the market with Just 
Property for £340,000, which just goes to show what an excellent investment houses are in the local market 
place.
