In line with well documented news headlines about the revivial of the housing market in 2013, Fox & Sons has seen more potential buyers registering an interest in purchasing a property. Demand is such that the branch needs more properties in order to meet current buyer interest.

Ryan continues, “Would-be homebuyers are turning their attention back to the market at this stage of the year and in the run up to Christmas.
