SEAT has demonstrated the ‘design-driven’ side of its character by unveiling the Mii by MANGO at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

The new model, which will sit at the top of the Mii range when it goes on sale, is the first fruit of a collaboration between SEAT and influential Spanish design company MANGO.

Unveiled alongside the stunning new Leon Cupra 280, which has smashed the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit lap record for a front-wheel drive production car, with a time of 7:58.44, the Mii by MANGO is a car for those that truly want to stand out from the crowd.

Features of the car include a new ‘Nude’ paint colour (or deep Deep Black is available), specific exterior side mouldings, dark grey 15-inch alloy wheels, heated electric door mirrors finished in grey or chrome, rear tinted windows, and “Mii by MANGO” badging on the rear hatch and the B-pillars.

The interior of the SEAT Mii by MANGO boasts the same practicality as every other Mii, but with specific design highlights designed to lift the cabin ambience even higher.

The front and rear seats are trimmed in leather and grey Alcantara incorporating Nude elements, with “Mii by MANGO” lettering stitched onto the headrests.

The steering wheel and gear knob are both wrapped in leather, while the floor mats, door sills and key fob are uniquely trimmed.

A comprehensive standard equipment list includes ESC, ABS, front and lateral airbags for both driver and passenger, head-thorax airbags, passenger airbag deactivation, Isofix anchoring points with Top Tether on both rear seats, air conditioning, the SEAT Portable System Live, hill hold control, remote controlled central locking, a 12V socket in the centre console, and front electric windows, among much more.
