Charity honesty box day at Brighton burger restaurant

On Wednesday (June 5), Honest Burgers Brighton will host an Honesty Box Day in aid of local charities.

The Honesty Box Days rules are simple: head to Honest Burgers Brighton between 11:30am and 4:30pm and pay what you like for your meal and drinks, including the newly-launched Brighton local special in collaboration with Holler Brewery.

The new local burger is inspired by Honest’s collaboration beer with Holler Brewery - The Duke - exclusive to Honest Burgers Brighton.

The Brighton combines Cajun-rubbed Honest beef with The Duke beer-braised onions, bacon, Mayfield smoked cheese, Korean burger sauce, rocket and pickles. Honest’s homemade rosemary salted chips.

All proceeds will be split between three fantastic local charities nominated by Honest customers and picked out of a hat by the Honest team: Sussex Homeless Support, RISE UK and Rockinghorse Children’s Charity. Guests will be able to have their say on how much each charity receives by voting for their favourite on their sticker wall.
