During the visit Councillor Whippy said, “I was delighted to have the opportunity to see the valuable and continuing work that East Sussex Hearing does, especially during the current difficult climate and I know the residents of Eastbourne and East Sussex, like me, are very grateful to them.”

As a token of thanks for her support, charity boss David Rowan presented Councillor Whippy with some children’s learning resources to pass on to other local charities.
