Swept Away By Coastal Currents

There were Red Ladies appearing around town, Priory Meadow turned into community cinema, open studios, performance, tiny sculptures and even a museum of water.

Coastal Currents is now over for another year and not set to return until 2017 but Creative Coast, Sweet and Dandy and Home Live Art would like to thank everyone who took part in this hugely successful event.

Tina Morris said: “Particular thanks to all the artists and performers who were involved in Open Studios and Events, and to anyone who helped out behind the scened for the good of the festival. We have had an overwhelming response from not only participants but from visitors to this year’s programme. Coastal Currents wouldn’t be the same without the thousands of participants who go above and beyond to open their studios, perform in unusual spaces and put on events. These are the core of the festival and without all of you, we couldn’t do it. So a huge thanks from the Coastal Currents team.”
