Active Arts is a visual and performing arts project for adults with learning disabilities run by Hastings and Bexhill Mencap Society.

Professional artists and performers teach the courses and students have the opportunity to exhibit their work, and to take part in an end of year show in a professional theatre.

The courses run one day a week over the course of an academic year, and the work encourages students to develop both individual and team skills.
