Friendship Group SSAFA Forces

THE Friendship Group set up by the Hastings and Rother Division of SSAFA Forces Help for those who suffer from mental health issues and post traumatic stress disorder has successfully completed its first year.

They celebrated with a tea party last Saturday and are looking forward to expanding the group.

The group meets in the RAFA Albatross Club at Channel View West on the third Tuesday in every month, starting at 7.30pm.

There is no charge to join and membership is open to all those who are or who have served in HM Forces, and their loved ones.

The group is supported by SSAFA Forces Help, a national charity which looks after the welfare of serving and ex-service men and women and their families.
