Flooding problems - slideshow of pictures
Emergency services were kept busy through Friday and Saturday as strong winds and rain lashed Mid Sussex.
Trees were felled across the county with widespread reports of flooding on roads and structural damage.
Train services were badly disrupted by flooding at Patcham, with commuters driving up to Haywards Heath to avoid the problems on Monday morning.
