BEXHILL slumped to the foot of the Sussex Premier Cricket League standings after losing by seven wickets away to Chichester Priory Park.

The visitors were all out for 123 off 39.5 overs after being put into bat at Priory Park.

Opener Jack Richardson top-scored with 47 while Steve Sedgley (3-35), Daniel Joseph (2-42), Richard Browning (2-13) and James Stedman (2-6) did the damage with the ball.

Chichester knocked off the runs in 30 overs thanks to an opening stand of 92 between Simon Hasted (40) and Mark Bamford (48). James Vaughan (2-14) and Jamie Bristow-Diamond (1-36) grabbed the only wickets to fall.
